I have writen Sparrow's Golden Rules.
If you are new and have notch read , then preese do read it to know how I view trading.
This one is another set of roos but it for trading with the chart. If you are new, or still finding your head lights, then it may help you a bit on creating your own trading stratgy. I dontch include "spculation" roos here. These set of roos , to me is more for "higher chance of success". "Speculation" here mean you dontch trade when the stock still in lao sai mode. I oso neber include roos on emotions becor i canootch teach you how to control your emotions.
1) Consider to buy only when stock pang sai / lao sai. (die rear mode). This is common sense right? Who dontch want to buy things cheap cheap? Anyone?
2) Monitor to buy when stock slowlee lao sai finish. How? Simper lorr see your chart. a) price will becum flat (range) for a few days or b) price immediate cheong (blue bars) after 1-2days lao sai. c) check vol. if the blue bar gotch volume , shud be guud.
3) If you notch sure how to see vol, you can use volume moving average (VMA) (in chartnexus gotch this indicator). If vol over this VMA line, then shud be guud as well. If still blur on how to see vol, then dontch care about vol. Just see price cheong will do.
4) Check the trend and oni trade in that direction. Use 100/200, 10v20 as guide. Last line of defend for trend is 200. If price still above 200, means still in bullish mode.
5) If you are a fan of 10v20/100/200 after reading the stragy, then
a) punt in direction of trend,
b) punt oni when lao sai (roo 1).
c) Punt when 1-2 blue bars appear after lao sai.
d) Best is you punt after blue bars appear at any of the 10/20/100/200 lines.
6) If the above roos neber satisfy, dontch even need to ask leow. Close your chart and find others
7) Put cut loss lever always after entry. My guide is 3-4 bids below the EMA lines from, or 3-4 bids below a major supprk you can see on the chart. You can adjust to your taste.
8) Follow the above simper, common sense roos until you go heaven. Write down, stick to your computer, stick to the walls, at night sleep dream of them, go toilet pang sai oso look at them. When you go dating oso think of them.
Oni 8 simper roos nia notch too hard to understooded and folow.
